ive been thinking about this for a while now...

crips and bloods set differences aside for the sake of music...you see ppl like gangsta dre and coleone doing tracks together and making money off the collabs...now you look at south and north rappers and most of them will tell you they have no intentions of ever even working with the opposition...anybody think it will ever happen?
does the rivalry between north and south run deeper than crips and bloods...i used to hang around gang memebers but yet it does not mean i had the mentality of one...i could care less if you wear blue or red...if youre cool its all gravy.
what would it take for south and north to work together to make some cool tracks and make some money.
i can see though for those that dont care about money and just want to make music for their folks but i dont really believe a sur rapper can truly say that all norte rappers are weak and vice versa...there must be somebody from the other side they like and wouldnt mind doing a track with them.
is it faulty for them to work together?
would they be labeled soft or weak?
or would it make them not as down?
hit this up.

before some of you netbangers start saying scrapa this and scrapa that...reply with a real answer and not just put downs and all the bullshit some of you are so accustomed to talking on tese boards.

i dont bang either or...BUT...i rep northern cal and have had my share of problems with SOME surenos...regardless this question isnt really mine to answer but ill throw my 2 cents in

i think the thing with crips n bloods collabing took alot of negotiation from outside influences to make happen...meaning it probably took a medium between the 2...plus crips n bloods reside in areas very close to eachother..like on one block youll see nothin but crips and 2blocks away it can be str8 bloods...where as nortenos and sur are mainly based far away..though some stupid fools try to bring sets to the rival side its mainly a north side south side thing...plus i noticed with my experiences theres alot more tention OVERALL with nortes and sur...more honor and LOYALTY...so my answer is NO this will probably never happen...UNLESS ...members from each side ease up on there banging and make it more about MONEY

its very different than b's and c's, if you're a real norte or sur you have some kind of connection to the riders and bosses in the pinta even if you don't realize it, like vamps said fools would call hits on collaboraters and also other gangsters wouldnt be feelin that and they might cap em anyway

people can say something will never happen but if the price is right anything can happen!!!!

maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, or even years from now. but when the time is right and the money is right anything can happen!!!!!!!

in spanish theres a saying that goes "con dinero baila el perro" translated means "for money the dog will dance." that statement is truer then most people would care to admit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't anyone remember "blood & tears" w/ Capone and Sir Dyno. Or what about "Mexican Revolution" with the same two

but i dont think it will ever happen again. When i bought the "blood and tears" album and the "sir dyno" album i wasn't aware that capone was a sureno, but if i had known i wouldn't have bought the CD. I'm like that with alot of music. If an album has a sureno on it or even someone that raps with them i wont buy it . I dont buy any N2deep, Jay tee, Baby beesch, don cisco shit cuz i cant believe they'd put frost on their shit. i guess i just have to much pride in this.

when DRF did the song and hooked up with them.. he said he didnt claim anything.. and he just wanted to hook up with them.. i dont think he was claiming anything at the time.. just after he did the songs with DRF.. i think his homies or fools he was coo within Texas started giving heat with him about that.. so then he put out that diss song and started dissing DRF claimin he's now Sureno.. dont know if all thats true..
but i do know for a fact that he came to DRF sayin he wasnt a sureno and just down to do a track.. then beef between Duke, Dyno and Crooked happend and he switched up all fast.. thats what Crooked told me.. forget the whole story though.. so basicly it wasnt to be a Norte/Sur combination track.. i know DRF wouldnt do something like that..
