3X - when did Chuck move to the 707?

he lives in san luis obispo...where i go to college. 707's my REAL home...lol. but yeah, he lives like 3 houses down from me. he's got a couple nice cars, and every now and then there's some stretch navigator or something in front of his house. never met him, but ive seen him outside his house a couple times, and he's a scary looking motherfucker!!!!
