I'd rather have a cop who let everyone go, instead of a cop who ticketed everyone.
If he's that strict, think of what he does to the 80 year old lady who litters her McDonald's straw outside the window in -2 degree weather. He probably pulls her out of the car and makes her go through a field sobriety test.
