And Im going to try and make it in time for the draft, but what happens if I come in after its started, can I just come in at any time? How long does it go for?

If you are not there for the draft, the system will auto-pick for you based on either ESPN.com's player ranking/your teams position needs, or a pre-draft ranking that you setup yourself. at anytime when you do log on for the draft, you will be able to take control of the rest of your draft. it also auto picks for you if you let your timer expire. the draft will be no longer then 5 hours... thats if everyone uses their full 90 seconds to make their pick, which will not happen. my guess is closer to 2-3 hours

Ive never been in a draft that was honestly any long than an hour/hour and a half.....as long as everyone is there and knows basically wtf is going on it should be fine.....

Does it have the names of players listed or do have to know who we want on our team off the top of our head? i'm guessing they are listed.
