i just got pulled over & got my 1st dui & the cop said he pulled me over cuz sum1 called & said i was drivin erratically. what kinda shit is that? got pulled over 20 feet from my house. i blew a .09 & the legal limit .07 here. they never took my blood or nuttin & a bunch o dudes told me i can get off 4 that but i assume im still fucked. fuck beans!

I highly doubt someone called... he probably had no other reason to pull you over and figured a lie like that would make you comply

By the time someone called in and a cop was able to pickup the dispatch and reach you in just the right time. Sounds like BS to me

they snitch alot over here.. theyre paying folks to snitch.. AND they got decoys crossing el camino back n fourth all day and the cops are sitting behind a building just making the quota for the month.

if you dont wait for the lady to cross the street and shes not at the other end already on the sidewalk and you go.. you get a ticket.

As for your dui. My brother just had his DUI court case, and he had his license suspended for a year- yes he had a lawyer.

i wish him luck on that, but at the same shit just happened to my homie and he was advised by both his attorney and his bailbondsman (another friend of ours) that these cases usually do not get reduced to wet wreckless. I would say never because thats the way he made it sound, but I'm sure there are rare instances. Dude blew an 09, too.
