quick question.. how many times have you just sat in your car somewhere besides in front of your house/apt whatever were you not doing something wrong
i know usually when we would chill in the car we were either smokin, waitin to get drugs, or bout to do something we werent supposed too.

i can name a number of things id be doing in my car,

-looking for somethin between the seats i may have dropped
-waiting for someone to be picked/dropping someone off
-looking for an adress
-adjusting my stereo/amp
-rolling a blunt for later (i have my card)
-deciding which cd i wanna bump next

but thats besides the point really

oh and i forgot to mention that up until a couple years ago the mayor of Stoccton was Gary Podesto.....the Podesto family is known to have ties to West Coast Mafia organizations along wit the old owner of the 49ers i forget his name but yall know who im talkin about he was brought up on charges before he gave the team to his daughter to run.....and a cat named Padacca(sp?) that owns these Pietros Italian restaurants in vacaville, fairfield, and lodi....the nigga that owns the San Diego Chargers....Spanos....he aint italian hes greek but he kicc it wit nuttin but italians and he owns like half of stoccton now......why you think the 49ers training camp used to be out here and they'd have pre season exhibition games against the SD Chargers???? cuz im sure there was some kinda money laundering or raccateering goin on behind the scenes of that.....

anyways my point is that most of this police force was hired and trained durin the time this corrupt mayor was in office and who knows what the fucc he was up to bacc then.....

exactly and were not in the la area so that makes us bay area....cuz to the rest of the world cali is la and bay area.....and besides this is relevent to bart cuz its lettin bay niggaz know when they come out here it aint all sunshine and hoes.....these streets is some of the hottest in Nor Cal right now.......think of EPA but on a way larger scale since EPA is jus a couple bloccs....
