Stockton police corrupt?

I knew id get an answer like everyone is.
we werent doing anything and he was just chillin there in his car.
homie said go down this street its scary there are burnt out cars and shit. we turned and hes like usually there are not cars here and then we see the lights. i was like shit more cops cuz this like the 3-4 time this month. hes like what are u doin here its private road. i said i took a wrong turn and he gives some attitude sayin we did. the whole time his police dog growls at us. we dont know why he was there before we left he did.
10 minutes after 1 my homies was like hes prolly corrupt and then the other one said stockton cops are one the most in the bay. so they come up with theories about why he was there.

yeah most police forces have bad apples but stoccton is on some other shit....these cops is paranoid and impatient and scared for they lives.....Stoccton PD is always hiring new recruits cuz so many of the old ones transfer or quit cuz the job aint worth the pay in the long run....although they are raising the pay now.....its a reflection of the hoods....the cops out here dont get respect....gangstaz in stoccton dont pull over for the police they take em on high speeds and shoot bacc at them.....look at a cop car if you in stoccton and get a chance.....most of em got a bullet hole or two in em and they all dented up from chases.....they dont even say the usual slogan of " To Protect And To Serve", they say " Stockton PD....We Make A Difference" that can mean a lotta shit...lol.....
ive been arrested by Vacaville PD, Fairfield PD, and Napa County Sheriffs....they all treated me like luxury compared to Stoccton PD who jumped me 5 deep in front of my mom and hog tied me...... jus for talkin shit to em and makin too quicc of a movement which they justified as resisting arrest and threatning a police officer.....
they trigga happy as a maffucca too....every time theres a stand off the suspect ends up dead....armed or not....

oh and i forgot to mention that up until a couple years ago the mayor of Stoccton was Gary Podesto.....the Podesto family is known to have ties to West Coast Mafia organizations along wit the old owner of the 49ers i forget his name but yall know who im talkin about he was brought up on charges before he gave the team to his daughter to run.....and a cat named Padacca(sp?) that owns these Pietros Italian restaurants in vacaville, fairfield, and lodi....the nigga that owns the San Diego Chargers....Spanos....he aint italian hes greek but he kicc it wit nuttin but italians and he owns like half of stoccton now......why you think the 49ers training camp used to be out here and they'd have pre season exhibition games against the SD Chargers???? cuz im sure there was some kinda money laundering or raccateering goin on behind the scenes of that.....
