the banks didnt cause stocktons bankruptsy probs. a city government thats been crooked and self serving for ages is the problem. along with the punk ass unions.

stockton is broke because the city officials are all selfish and dont take care of business. these officials need to be audited. you cant tell me between the asparagus festival and all of the other festivities let alone the parking garage downtown that you now have to pay for everytime you have to go down there because there isnt any other place to park this city isnt making any money. i think there is definately some money that they are pocketing. public servants my ass there are a few reasons people do things money or power and sex in this case of politics its the abuse of money and power. there is no such thing as halfway crooks.
