yes there's blacks in stockton(CALIFORNIA is like New York with all the different cultures, diversities, and races)....havn't you heard of the bay migrating over the altamont to look for cheaper housing???the majority of people in the central valley commute to the bay(where the pay is higher), and i was one of them...i commuted 2 yrs over to the pleasonton/dublin area. That's why i started to smoke(da good shit) on a daily basis(atleast 4 times a day). With all that traffic it's hard to stay sane b4 work and after work.
