Episode 3 will be the SHIT. Episode 1 was aight kinda weak, he tried to appeal more to the young ones. Episode 2 was cool but kinda sappy, he tried to get the attention of all them Teenie boppers, can you fuckin believe he almost had N Sync in there as Jedi's if they were i hope they would be the ones to die when they fought the clones. Episode 3 will be the shit though, but i doubt it will compare to the 4,5,6, those are straight classic. It'd be cool if he made 7,8,9. Read that he had scripts, but doubt it will ever hit the theatres. I guess you'll have to read Dark Empire, the story for Dark Empire is sick as phuck, If they made a movie, i think it would outdo 4,5,6 just my opinion though.
i liked that movie. sure it wasnt as good as the first 3 but then again.......it would be close to impossible to be.
i really liked how they started to tie some of the old movies into this one. ie Storm Troopers, you see Luke Skywalkers aunt and uncle (introduced as Ankin's step brother and his girlfriend)
overall it was entertaining to say the least. i could of done without the love story but it was expected. i liked the action scenes. the cities looked real dope even though it is too far fetched. I mean look at the cities in the first 3 films and this is supposed to be 30 some years before them. Yoda stole the show. I am also glad Jar Jar Binks wasn't in much of the movie....even though he did manage to fuck up the whole galaxy by granting the senate to unleash their army of clones. what kills me the most is people still dont realize that the head of the senate is the Sith Lord. I knew that at the end of Episode 1...while yoda and sam L are talking right after Maul gets killed....they talk about the Sith and how there is ALWAYS 2 never more never less and then it shows the Sentor standing there as the movie ends. but Jar Jar gave the OK for the evil empire to build their army.
I just wish there would of been more combat scenes and more of a prodominate bad guy. there was always Vadar and atleast in the last one there was Maul but here there really wasnt one. i guess the sith are going a long time without having their 2nd member cause Vadar is still a long ways from becoming.
but i liked it. saw it wed at 12:01 and i plan on going back to see it again sometime next week.
