It doesn't have to be in a fucking "jug" to be right.

I make them for parties, then I drink two of them and just drink beer for the rest of the night. They're sticky, and any malibu seems like too much to me because I hate coconut.

I'm still yet to make Caribou Lou...
needs to be done some time

how is it? anyone thats made it
They are great. I'd say 1 shot of 151, 1 shot of Malibu, then put some pineapple juice in there. The pineapple juice really hides the 151 so you can make these strong as fuck and still have them taste good.

It is really up to you how you want to make them. Just go out and buy some 151, Malibu rum and pineapple juice and experiment until you find the way you like them, its a great drink.

Really, it wasnt just one or two songs it was Techs seemingly unlimited archive of good songs. You just have to give him a chance, then you become almost addicted. Mad of my boys were more into the east coast gangsta rap.. I had one of them tell me that he sucks, that mostly everyone he listened to was better.. like Mobb Deep. Then he got handed an ipod with a huge Tech library on there.. and now Techs easily his favorite rapper.

I was scouring the forums for the perfect place to post this and accidentally stumbled across this.. and it fits perfectly..

On a wrestling related board I frequent.. in there general topic area someone posted an "Official Rap & Hip-Hop Thread".

I mentioned Tech N9ne and got these results with the people on the board (all Australian to my knowledge)..

Fijian Warrior- Fav rappers: Biggie, NaS, Big L, Jay-Z, The Game, Big Pun, 2Pac & Tech N9ne.
Bazzil - If you like that Tech N9ne sorta stuff, I recommend the Grave Plott album, The Plott Thickens. I think they're on Tech's label or something. But anyways, there are a couple of bangng songs on there.
*I gave a recommendation of Prozak's Tales Of The Sick ahead of it..*

I put "No one can Fuck with Tech N9ne.. Killer is amazing.." and got the response..

Jay - Yep
and..

Steve_RKO - Gotta agree. He's the best rapper out there. Everyone who likes rap should check out his new album 'Killer', it'll blow ya nutbag out!
and
Man I can't recommend the new Tech N9ne album 'Killer' enough, it's some of his best work ever I reckon.

Here's a track called 'Like Yeah' if you wanna check it out.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fERz-k4mFek&feature=related

The only semi-negative things I found on the forum which really ain't all that bad considering is..

Bluntfield - Really? I haven't put Killer on high rotation but I'm just not feeling it like his other stuff, its cool that he wants the recognition he's earned and is blowing up and all, but I'll take Anghellic and Absolute Power over Killer anyday.

I'm into Psychopathic and related acts like Prozak, Q Strange, Necro, Ill Bill, Potluck, King Gordy, Esham etc and I also dig the political/'intellectual' style with performers like Sage Francis, Public Enemy, Immortal Technique, Atmosphere, and I enjoy bumping NWA, Ice Cube and Cypress Hill aswell.
Dave_ECW posted I never felt the Tech N9ne love im just not a fan of that genre of rap. People bag me because i like the south but i think you gotta give credit there boys make bangers.
Thats basically 5 fans from a wrestling related board in a totally different country enjoying Tech's work..

I just thought I would share that, the response I got was slightly better than I expected it to be..

good to see people catching on this side of the world...

I was gettin' my roll on yesterday and stopped to get some gas at the local shell and had a group of these rides with there systems bumpin 50 and thinking they were gods gift...

so as soon as I was ready to peel out i hit a switch, turned Get The Fuck Outta Here up a notch over there shitty systems and sparked the ass out on my caprice to the exit and my girl said there faces just dropped haha

I love peoples reactions when I do that shit

I see you got your vehicle.. nice nice..

It is good to see other people in Melbourne repping Tech.. everyone I know has listened to Tech through me and i heard through someone else.. I got many people on him and got a few pumping him constantly..

Generally I have found though that tech has put out at least soemthing that has caught there attention and that they have felt.. or if they are a fan of different genre's at least give him credit for what he can do.. nice to hear that reaction..

yeah fa sho...

everytime I get the chance to spread the virus i'm on it and 10 times out of 10 they can't deny it whether they feel the mainstream, more lyrical shit or appreciate different genre's... it's the fact that they don't hear an artist of tech's caliber and versatility that makes them realize and say "DAMN who's this dude"

that day I was out to pick up Vitiligo and Killer from JB Hi-Fi with them only to tell me that it isn't on there systems  I tryed Sanity at Fountain Gate and Dandy Plaza only to hear the same shit.

the only other retail around I can think of trying down here is Borders so ima go down when I get the chance...

distribution here is horrible

Co_sign.. Best bet is to purchase online if you have the means.. saves you a fair amount in the process.. it is unfortunate that nothing Strange related is stocked here or is very hard to come by..

As far as stores go, I have only seen Absolute Power once, and it was priced at around $42-$25 dollars in South Yarra I believe..

Tech N9ne has a huge fan base here in New Bedford MA and I think anyone that I've ever talked to for the past year, I've tried turning them on to Tech N9ne. I haven't heard one person say yet, no matter what genre of music they prefer, say that he's not one of the best musical artists there is today.

I have spread the virus but it wasn't easy doing it. I already had my little brother and my mom listening to tech but my friends weren't as easy to convert.. some of them still wont give him a chance

Just by me saying Tech N9ne is better than Lil Wayne one day got a whole bunch of my friends in an uproar saying shit like "we never even heard of tech n9ne how can he be better than wayne" and from there they'd always throw that in my face.. anytime a Lil Wayne song would come on they'd be like "how come they aint playing tech n9ne?" but I felt like, hey, they might be hatin but at least now they know who he is..

Eventually I got one of those dudes who was always hating on him to become a fan. I was listening to Like Yeah one day and he was feeling it.. since then he's been all over Tech's music and he has also been helping me spread the virus.
