I played Anghellic alot around my friends back in the day and they kinda liked This Ring and Pyscho Bitch, but then when Everready came out they were going ape shit over every song.

Now when I've shown other people for example, the second verse on cry baby, or Happy Ending they pratically shit themselves,

SO my question to all of you is:

What songs/or verses have you shown to your friends that blew them away or made them start liking tech?

I played Come Gangsta for one dude and he loved it.

Another message board I post at, I posted Wheaties, Crybaby and Too Much and dude went and bought the album. He said he's probably gonna get AngHELLic and Everready now.

most of my niggas dont fuck wit tech cuz the hair n how he aint like all the otha rappers. but everytime they ridin wit me i slap tech's shit n i got 2 15s in my car. just the songs wit hella bass...t9x, devil boy, this ring, like yeah etc..n they like it started to warm up to it

I try and branch out to them a track that caters to their particular taste...

for example if they into more lyrical shit Ima show them That Owl or Welcome To The Midwest, etc.

If they have a more mainstream taste than im likely to give em something off of MLK, Imma Tell, etc.

If they listen to alot of different music or have a wide taste and understanding for music than ima show them the tracks that incorporate the different styles in techs music like Trapped In A Psycho's Body, Absolute Power, The Rain, etc.

ive turned hella people on to tech's music and other strange artists

i have friends who are gangstas perfect for S&S , friends who are "pimp" perfect for kutty
friends who are psycho perfect for strange music in general

tech is an acquired taste you have to give him a chance and let it ferment and then before you know it you become a "road rat" lol

after hearing tech progress throughout the years why bother with other rappers and when im rollin im bumpin tech/strange anyone in the car that doesnt agree can let themselves out .... which has yet to happen. you dont have to feel every track, but you feel the music god damnit

Yeah my people hated tech till he released MLK and everybody started bumpin that shit and calling him the best rapper alive.
