well i mean, you gotta look at his situation really. i think alot of people would do what he did. he was real hard, he came from nothing. hustled hard to get a chance. repped his areas and did it well. came with some real slump, and real gangsta. and had good party stuff too, nuthin like nelly and all weak and stuff, but good stuff you could slump at a hood party, and not tryna explain to ya boys, oh the girls like nelly. nah p was good. never really said anything to change someone's life, but it was entertaining. beats by the pound was wayyyyy sikkly. but look at him, he was worth 300 million dollars!!!! you know how much that is. he hadn't seen the ghetto in a few years. all he saw was top notch stuff. how can he still rap about the ghetto. he can't say it's time for a 187, or i got that yola!!!!!! the feds would have closed him down. he should have stopped what he was doin, but he also put his kid in the game, although he is shitty. he still sold a gang of records with shitty music. i mean, i hate p. diddy, but he did his thing and made millions. yeah, the sold out, but they big tymin. that is not the route i would have chosen, but hey, he has no worries now and i am sure some of yall would switch places with him, don't bullshit. he was good, i'll say that
