MAN I GET PULLED OVER AND THE COPS LIKE "DO YOU KNOW WHAT I PULLED YOU OVER FOR?" I SAY NO, HE SAYS "BECAUSE YOU WERE DOING 70 IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE, AND I JUST SAW YOUR FRIEND PUT ON HIS SEATBELT WHEN I GOT BEHIND YOU"
SO IM LIKE "I COUNTED 62, THERE WAS A RADAR SIGN AND I SAW MY SPEED SIR. AND MY FRIEND HAS HAD HIS SEATBELT ON THE WHOLE TIME" (PLUS THERES NO WAY HE COULD HAVE SEEN THRU THE TINTED WINDOWS)

Cops can see if you have a seatbelt on or if you just put it on
they have a lasar in their dashboard that reads the computer system in the car and itll let them know if your wearing them or you just put it on, how fast you were going in the last hour, Whats wrong with your car, etc

We got these damn police cars that takes a picture of every license player it drives past and can send the information to the cops right then if the car is stolen or the tags are expired. Big brother indeed.

Just from someone that has had experience with this shit you might want to look at talking to a lawyer to see what kind of options he can swing for you. all i can say i was in a heap of trouble 6 speeding tickets in a 7 month span as well as 5 seperate seat belt tickets during that span got my l's suspended for 6 months and then was put on a probation for a few years. found out later if i would have had representation i could have had not only my fines reduced but possibly had the probationary period nullified. just something you might want to look into.
