I got caught Sunday morning doing 95 in a 60. This is all bad. I have to go to court for my "No insurance" ticket, and now this. I don't even care if I have to just pay fines, I just don't want to go to jail. I don't even care if my DL's gets susspended. I'll be happy as fuck if I don't go to jail. I don't want to lose my job either.

The lady cop that pulled me over said she could take me to jail right then and there, so I was stressing hella bad. To get me more stressed, as I was sitting there waiting for her, another cop car comes hauling ass towards us, my thoughts were, "fuck i'm going to jail and going to miss the Seahawks game!". But instead I got a negligence driving ticket. I don't know what the penalties are for that in Washington.

And then I've been seeing that damn commercial with those two semi's racing and getting pulled over, I'm like, fuck stop showing that shit! lol

Yup, my car is hot. I'm getting rid of it asap. This damn car has caused me nothing but trouble. Pulled over like 5 times in less than a month.

I tried everything to get this off my mind. I tried fap'n, that didn't work. A Seahawks win over the 49ers, it was helping during the game, but as of right now, it's not helping.

One thing's for sure, I'm not going to be speeding like that anymore. Not unless it's an emergency or somethin like that. After that ticket, I've been going slower than the posted speed limit, hella cars passin me up lol

If the motorist pleads not guilty, a trial date is set and both the motorist, or a lawyer/representative representing the motorist, and the ticketing officer, are required to attend. The motorist may be given the opportunity to move the hearing for a reason such as "a work conflict or travel", and reschedule the hearing for a time at which the ticketing officer is unlikely to attend. If the officer or representative fails to attend, the court judge will often find in favor of the motorist and dismiss the charge, although sometimes the trial date is moved to give the officer another chance to attend. The court will also make provisions for the officer or prosecutor to achieve a deal with the motorist, often in the form of a plea bargain that may reduce the impact from that which would be incurred from pleading guilty without attending court If no agreement is reached, and the prosecutor feels it is worth his time to charge the motorist, both motorist and officer, or their respective representatives, formally attempt to prove their case before the judge, who then decides the matter. The motorist may, for example, put forward a reason the violation they are is accused of was justified, such as to "get out of the way of an ambulance or avoid a collision with another motorist", and call into doubt the level to which the officer recalls the specific details of the situation among the many tickets they have issued.
