Yes FLY are scraps even though they say scraps on that one 18 with a bullet track-that mislead many homies into buying the cd.
When you look at the front cover, one of them has Los Angeles on his hat and is throwing a 3 sign with the hands.
The inside cover has all the shoutouts and all that thank you stuff, they mention SouthSide 13. One of my old school homies bought it and I took a close look at it. And yeah they're from the Harbor Area in LA=Scrapas.

about NBK....

i dont know if any of you were there when thoze fagz were at Great Amrica a few yearz back trying to promote their whack ass CD with Wild 94.9 or not.... but they tried to lace us with a sampler and we had to ask thoze fruitz if they were scrapz. they said no.... but then again when a scrap getz hit up, that'z wut happenz. so i dont really know if they are rataz or not, but according to them, they're not.

THEY GOT HIT UP AND THEM WORDS WAS NO WE DOIN IT FOR EVERYBODY. SECURITY WAS THERE AND THE FANS THAT WENT TO TAKE PICTURES WITH THEM WERE SEARCHED . MC MAGIC ONE OF THE MEMBERS LOOKED FUCKIN SCARED LIKE HE WANTED 2 GO HELLA QUICK NOTHIN WENT DOWN BUT THAT WAS ABOUT IT.

IN MA BOOK THIS FOOS AINT NOTHIN THERE LIKE THE VERSION OF NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK SEE DAT SHIT NBK. I HAVE NEVA HEARD OF NBK BEING GANGSTERS THOUGH.
