unless yall all look like some suckers, shit gon get closed down at a san diego beach..esp in summertime..anyone out here knows about the press conference they threw about the beach shit this summer..and i know yall gon' have to come don here lookin all tough..cops aint fuckin with niggas this summer out here on the beaches..

at the time, I was working for my potna PFunk who does promotions and marketing for a lot of cats. Anyways, we were there with our clients at the time, HoggLife Records, and we were there promoting their Northern Warriors project. We actually showed up right before that shit jumped off. I just remember being on stage, and then all hell broke loose. Muthafuckas was mad, because all was peace before that happened. I thought it was gonna get ugly for a minute.
What a trip....I remember it being HELLA hot there, but there was plenty of food....well, at least I ate good. LMAO.

Do you need Printed Flyers. I have a Guy in Mission Valley who owes me 5,000 .. no 2,500 1/4 page color flyers.. 1 side only... I can have my guy design you a badd ass flyer for your event.. You can have an info line that gives 24 hour updates.. and I happen to know a Party Promoter who can send you party on myspace to every Mexican in San Diego.
I have tricks.. and proven Methods that will help your scene come up.. I get scared of rappers and the Music Industry and all the big Money and Clearchannel and dj's and this and that when... really I forget that you are just another scene.. your like the real party people who do events that get packed but nobody will give you a club, and these other payolla and hooked up rappers are like the gaslamp crowd who thinks they are too cool for everyone...
that is just a simple way I can explain it to myself. because i do events. I just came off 16 Straight months of events. i did not even stop for x mas.. because the time was right...
Like when everyone would make fun of me and say that I was washed up and could not throw a party and the scene was dead and clubs is where it was at... I was worried.. but I did not look at the big picture of bringing back a scene and blowing up sd and having this big crew and all this shit thats going on...
I was like.. I do what I love to do.. Throw parties.I'm in sydro in some garage at the only party I could find in the city and i was in on it.... I treated them like a big club.. video. pics. websites.. articles.. got them designers, street promoters.. I used my whole crew for them to come up.. one crew turned into 2.. then more popped up.. then when i Hit 2,300 plus. I knew... We did it..now everyone is doing events. and that is cool. it was meant to be like that.. open..

This Dude is Right.. Ive Seen 20 Cops Surround a DripNwet Event in El Cajon.. and the next Night My homies event with all mexicans.. like no Cops Showed..
Cops trip on Black Guys.. Especially in Groups.. but I specialize in Illegal events.. Because For some reason Being Black and in a big group is a crime in San Diego. they wont let you have fun.. but they do not have to know..
this is why we run info Lines and meet on exact times and dates.. and If the cops bust stuff up. we have backup Locations..
I could give you a club, but you wanna smoke, drink and feel relaxed... Mission, Pb all those public places are COP land..
You know parkside park in PH is nice.. off reo or briarwood... or Zamarano park is nice.. on a hill.. you can take a table.. as long as you have a BBQ going.. see that is closer to Skyline and it is a Filipino and black Area.. Plus the substation for SDPD is just a few cars.. it gets little coverage.. plus that Route is a black guy at Night.. he is cool..
I can get you Police Protection if I call My Connect.. Not in Chula, But I can do PH..maybe.. zamarano has 3 exit points more than that. it is the safest, and on weekends it gets packed but your planning a dusk event correct?? ..the closer to dark, the more chance of Cops breaking it up. You wanna blend in with other Crowds.. maybe rent some Jump or something to hide behind.. put up birthday balloons as a distraction. You do have rights. you can pretend to be A family eating cake or something...

but its just like you said, if people dont know its a function in comparison to a nice sized personal party shits all good..but if people find out its some "anyone invited" type shit...yeah...those two spots may not be the best.
another thing is it isnt quite centralized...and well...i know a few people who wear a different color(s) from san diego who aint gonna be trying to go to PH....bieng that the brook/skyline aint but 3 minutes away and thats gonna attract funk..
as far as a daytime event youre also right on that....nighttime they patrol the parking lot looking for people smoking/doing other shit in they cars often..had them lights put in my window many a time...
thats just coming from someone whos lived in PH damn near all my life..
edit: if it wasnt so far out, the park off of palm avenue in chulka vista would also be sick. i still say the park spot CLOSE to belmont aint bad..but like jimrock says..the cops in SD got a thing for dark skinned people....we GOTTA be doin' somethin..
but they let the cripnic go on for quite a while at the spot before belmont...so who knows..i just think anything straight on the bheach is gettin popped.
