I'm good on SPM, I never saw what the hype was on the dude.
My question is why does everyone think the dude is innocent of being a chester? I really dont see how a dude like him would do some shit like that but then again, you got Sicx Big Lurch etc who did some atrocious shit like that and you know they are guilty. The dude had money he couldnt get a lawyer to get him off? don't make sense to me, they musta had some hard evidence against him

My take on the matter:
1.) Having a child with a 13 year old when you're in your twenties makes you a child molester. Period.
2.) From all the research I've done, I'd say that no, the prosocution did NOT have damning, indisputable evidence against him. But, for whatever reason, the JURY saw/heard/read something they, collectively, didn't like, and found him GUILTY.
3.) I was a fan of his music BEFORE all of this, and still own 1 CD (Hustle Town). With that being said, I haven't been able to bring myself to buy another for 2 reasons: His newer music doesn't 'do it' for me, and I seriously think he needs to be in jail. The 9 year old...I don't know about that one. Sounded fishy to me. But you cannot dispute the fact that he FATHERED a child with a 14-year old girl. Your opinion < DNA evidence.

i dont think he was 30 when he got her pregnant foo!....he was younger ....and she looked older..and she knows it thats why she was at his defense during the trial and spoke real good about him and how hes a good father...put urself in spm's shoes for a minute....them beezies in texas will get u and lie foo,they act shady,especialy if ur famous out there like carlos was!....and i mean if he wasent checking i'd's then thats on him,if he was fucking around like that but like i said b4 there was no actual evidence,..the fool judge ellis ,had a thing for carlos too!..they used the fact he got sumone under aged against him to make the chages easier to convict him wit,plus all them beezies lies.....open ur eyes holmez!...its the law twisting shit too....
