country is just the new way of hipsters to claim they listen to everything and are therefore more broad music wise and bigger music nerds than music nerds

i went through that phase in like 1997 dude, back to street rap

ive been through every music phase there is, from beach boys to billy ocean , seemingly sounding like theyd be about the same shit by names but NAH nigga NAH

my fam is from arkansas and ive been to oklahoma and kentucky several times and dont need to play the role really but country is cool too

honestly i pride myself with sitting through a j dilla anniversary show several times more than country, hip hop fans are annoying as all shit and i almost had to two piece someone last night for bumping into me

you dont have to deal with that shit at country shows

as seen by the kid who had the shirt on that said 'fuck this rap shit i listen to classical' who knew every single song DJ house shoes played from rare dilla b sides to every album up until donuts

and thats what i mean, you dont REALLY listen to no classical. you dont really mean 'fuck this rap shit' ,you just tryna look like you do to appear cooler, i understand.

and yes i know its a dilla line
you gotta listen to different shit to be a hip hop producer its how it rolls

i will credit hip hop with being the most 'spongy' musical genre there is, they take from everything that exists on vinyl on earth sure there was a time in life where super hip hop producers bought nothing but country albums for samples

Hank 3 makes good music, can't really get in to 99% of country though

Hank 3 also makes great metal, punk, all kinds of shit lol

I like a few old David Allen Coe, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard songs also, Outlaw Country is the only kind of country I can slightly get in to, but even then it's rarely and I get tired of it quick, can usually only listen to a few songs before I get bored.
