As an XBOX owner I gotta chime in here. It's common knowledge that the XB is physically the superior machine (just peep the stats). Sure, the PS2 may be the prefered machine to a lot of gamers, but duh, it's consumer base took root in 1990. The XB only made it's debut in 2001. As far as online gaming goes, XB has to get the nod there as well. No broadband, no play. While PS2 takes your tired, hungry, and poor, you gotta take there 56k issues too. No thanks. Also, someone mentioned the PS2's hardware issues and I have to agree. Almost everyone I know with one has had it break down or at least give them some kind of grief. Not all, just enough to were it's noticeable. I will give you that percentage-wise, that's expected though. There are more PS2's in circulation than XB's. So I'm being fair to you PS2 owners.

Lastly, Madden vs. ESPN NFL Football (NFL 2K4). I've played both and while I find Madden to be the superior football sim, the 2K series has been better looking and "funner" to play. I own both.

Then had a panel of approximately 4-5 judges, where they looked at about 5 different catagories of the game. ALL of them voted Madden 2004 as the best football game. I think NFL 2k4 got the nod by every judge, for the best graphics, but overall play, I believe every judge had Madden 2004.

Xbox has one thing the Piece of Shit 2 will never have, Halo....
We're gettin GTA3 and Vice City next month, PS2 will never see anything the likes of Halo 2.
Hardware wise, the PS2 is a generation behind, even Sony's CEO admitted that they need to bring out the PS3 sooner than originally planned because the Xbox was much more powerful than what they anticipated.
So much for the "Super Computer" called the PS2 huh?

I've got Evolution X installed on mine with a 120 gig hdd.
I loaded a few of the games I play the most just so that I can play them out of the hard drive. Fuck swapping disks!
I've got a few emulators too, NES, SNES, GBA, N64, Genesis, Sega CD, TG16, Mame, Neo Geo, all loaded into my hard drive.
I changed the dashboard to some naked chick bending over the Xbox logo.
Can you do any of this on the PS2? Hahahahahhaa
