The line from "What's The Difference" was aimed at Ren. If you listen to the original version, Dre says "Claiming they nonviolent, talking like they Ruthless." On the released version it has that weird vocal over the part where he says talkin like they ruthless. They were beefin' for a little while I guess but made up and Dre put him on the album.
