I've always took you for a proponent of using media to spread the message (as far as NW Rap anyways). I've also understood you as a person to advocate the knowledge of resources that most people have availability to but in ignorance, cannot take advantage of. So since I've heard you harp on the importance of local government for so many years what do you think should be done to teach people about it?
