that's funny i thought the governemtn has already been taking private property from home owners...how is it any different when highways are made in the first place once they decide to build one or take away private farming to build residential areas or cheaply buying out home owners to build stripmalls that later increase in property value....

It is completely different in that 1) buying property from landowners (eminent domain) has usually been for the purposes of a public work of improvement such as building a freeway or other community improvement and 2) the beneficiary now will be the municipality and business, which are money driven, not the landowners.
I'm all for doing work for the people, but I have yet to see any clearly thought out plan for a greater scale of good from anyone in this board, including you, so I do volunteer work in my own community instead.
Grab your gun and learn how to aim it. The government is going to learn one way or the other. We out number them. If we unify revolution is at hand. Think about it whites, blacks, asians, indians, hispanics all at the white house with laser scopes aimed. Fuck the government if they try to take properity I live on its going to be on. This happened a while ago down here. They wanted to build a monster hotel and had cops and all kinds of shit go to the peoples houses. it technically wasn't forced but they sure did a good job making it seem forced. all but 3 people moved out and they were right in the middle of the neighborhood. i thought that was pretty damn funny .. they paid all that money to bulldoze the other houses and couldn't build their hotel.

for you anything short of all out communism is considerd "far right" take the tunnel vision glasses off. it is well known that there are 3 conservative judges on the supreme court, 1 moderate conservative and 5 liberals.
republican usually side with business (they voted against big business here)
liberals usually side with government (big government)
and this ruling gives the GOVERNMENT the right to take PRIVATE LAND and give it to other PRIVATE OWNERS so they can collect more taxes, which means they can grow the governemnt and waste more.
how is 3/9 stacking the deck??? plus the first judge to go is Renquist, which means even if the get another "ultra conservative" they still only have 3 on the court out of 9.
the other one rumored to retire soon is sandra day oconnor, who is a moderate conservative and usually votes with the other conservatives? so at the end of the day the liberals still win out 5-4 or 6-3

personally i think supreme court judges should have term limits (say 15 years and you are gone).
what happened to Super Liberal Ruth Bader Ginsburg, former head of the ACLU, why did she vote against citizens right to own their own home???

Liberal and Conservative are bullshit titles that idiots rally around to try and make themselves feel like they matter in a system that excludes their opinion.
If you use these terms as a devisive device you are infact the culpret for the current polar athmosphere in a country where you dont even count. So why even fool yourself just admit your a pawn and obey your respective task masters.

You see, they dont follow labels like "super liberal" or "ultra-conservative" at all, this is a great example of it. To politicize the judiciary is fruitless. Next time you hear a politician doing it, sock him in the mouth, he's just show-boating for your vote and cant deliver on his promises or his demogagery.
