Why are so many white people in favor of this war compaired to the number of people of color who do?

Maybe i'm seein this wrong, but it appears to me that there are waaaaaaay more white people that come out in favor of this war and the majority of people of color that i see speak or write or whatever about the war are opposed to it.

I see it in real life and i see it on the internet.

If you feel me, why do you think this is? If you disagree let me know why.

I really haven't noticed that. Maybe they voted for bush and that's why they support it. But I have noticed that when ever you see pictures of soldiers the majority is white. Maybe that's the ideal american soldier.

We all see America differently,

Looking from an overall view black people oppose the war more than any other group in this country, which statistics show. This is because of black peoples distrust for the people in power.....

It all goes back to history.....

Now other groups, I'm not exactly sure.

well consider whites make up the largest group of people in this country. Just because the majority of people supporting the war are white, DOESN'T mean that the majority of people aposing the war are not white.

For example, and this isn't based on any real statistics, but say whites make up 75% of the population and the other 25% are minorities. If 50% of our country was supporting the war, and they were all white, that would mean that 25% of whites in this nation would be against it, which would be equal to the amount of minorities, and thats assuming all of the minorities were against it which is not the case.

most blacks (somewhere near 90%) are democrats. and the democrats are opposing this war. so obvioulsy most will be against the war

The majority of blacks DO NOT TRUST THE GOV WHICH INCLUDES DEMOCRATS. I love how you always try to turn something into partison politics. And your saying democrats apose the war, but I SURE AS HELL DON'T HEAR THEM. What, maybe a couple come out and say something but the majority of them are too pussy to say anything, or they are straight up CONSERVATIVES. Like I said, their are NO REAL LIBERALS in our government........

Political parties don't play as much of a role like you think. I bet you blacks would oppose the war if Al Gore was president. This has more to do with blacks distrust in the government as a whole, the government is made up of Democrats and Republicans.
