I have only gone to Vegas in the summer months so there is prob. a little less this time of year I am guessing. But I am sure there is still a ton of them.
I went to Vegas 3 times before I was 21 and I still had a really good time. If you are trying to get your drink on go to downtown Vegas...they card alot less. Just walking the strip is lots of fun...there are plenty of bums and drunk people to buy you alcohol too. Just cut a deal with a bum lol.
Also on a serious note the video arcades and the rollercoasters are tight too...I know some people on here were clowning saying that because you are younger...but they got tight shit I would check them out if I was you.
You can eat hella good in Vegas too for pretty cheap. Hit up the Peppermill I go there everytime I am in Vegas...it is the bomb.
Hit up some shows if you got extra money because those are always a good time. There is only a few of 18+ strip clubs (like 90% are 21+) so ask a taxi driver what are some good ones.
Have a good time man...good luck on the fake ID...it will make it more fun but you can still have a really good time even if you don't get it.

When my cousin and I went for the first time I felt hella guilty for not bringing my kids.. so we hit up Circus Circus to win them some shit... all I can say is DONT DO IT. Go to the Malls... we fucked off helllllla money up in there.. ended up paying this chubby boy $5 to 'bump into' the game we were addicted to so we could get our tickets and be OUT.
