I was gonna say something about it but I was gonna be an ass so I didn't say nothing.

You said the traffic going into Sac was backed up for at least 10 miles all the way to Fairfield, I thought "Fairfield is alot farther than 10 miles from Sac." But yeah man, it's ugly, and it don't even matter what day or time, it's just like that. I did notice though that it damn near came to a stop once you got by the Cordelia Junction(680 and 80). After you get by that, traffic is heavy, but it's moving, you can get up to the speed limit at least. And then it flows all the way till you get to Davis/W.Sac where it slows down again. I never experienced the slow traffic from the Valley Joe to Sac, that's not normal.

haha yeah man 10 miles was way off lol. I fell asleep for a quick sec (wasn't driving) and woke up and I was like fuck no!!! I mean not one car was moving for miles and miles it was UGLY. It was around 5:30, that means if I'm in sac, if I'm leaving, I'm either coming back at night or in the morn. Natomas north of downtown? I think that's too far from the school.

Natomas is north of downtown, but by like 5 minutes, it's right there. If you're going to Sac State, I'd say jump on I-5 and take that to J St. and ride that all the way in. It ain't nothing. It'll maybe take 20 minutes or so, not bad at all dude.

Tell me about it and in Dago nor the Bay u aint never gonna find any cheap decent houses, the last refuges for cheap houses big enough for a big family are in Temecula, Sun Valley, Riverside, Palm Springs, around the San Bernandino desert/valley area. Temecula is right above San Diego in Riverside/SD border but not far from Palomar Mountain, Bonsall, & Fallbrook & about 10 miles or less from Oceanside but way far from the city of SD itself, like about an hour & a half... Up in Riverside Co is perfect for buying a cheap house w/some starting around 260...

I was lookin for a place like this: http://www.forrent.com/search/detail.asp?site=999911773

That's in Rosa and costs $1199 for 2 bed and 2 baths. I thought Rosa was way more expensive than Sac, but only by a little after doing some huntin in sac. Anyone know any new apt's??? THe one listed I got a friend living there and I've been there, it's sick as fuck. The pool is a nice size and always clean unlike sac's, all the apt's I checked had small ass pools and were hella dirty, leaves all over the place. I'm cool off $2000 apts, I'm sure there luxury apts in sac for a G.
