^^Very feasible conceptual idea. I think it is some ex gov official who has been planning murders that would devistate the security of America now, so your president can tighten the grips on the New Incentives in the form of a National Security Bill or something to that level of conspiracy which will serve the public to be the results from the senseless murders that have recently been taking place. I think whoever the killa is has seen the movie RED DRAGON w/ his erroneously balsphemous message. The gov is about probably about to go code red sooner or later from these wild stunts.
