Look at all the reviews of this album, they don't give this cd anywhere near enough credit. Anything 8ball & mjg put out around that time went gold or plat.

Fuck it just change this thread to slept on hip hop albums from the 90's. I originally set out that 94-95 year were hip hop music was at its stronger point even on the radio and videos.

Alot of the albums mentioned wernt slept on at all, maybe on the mainstream pop charts but most rap/hip hop fans knew about all of this stuff.

All of them was tight albums. i never heard FESU though ill check it out.


yall remember back in those days there wasnt cd burners and internet mp3 downloads back then you be at the record store and you have to choose between numerous albums which one you copping, sometimes you get lucky and pck a banging ass album then sometimes you stuck with a dissappointment. times have changed majorly..

I remember reading through the liner notes to check for names of other Cd's I could cop and picking up CD's based on a guest appearance. How about when the last song was a posse song and if it was dope I would look to see if every rapper on there had his own CD/tape...

I remember them days and there wasnt alot of rap entertainment beef either like there is now.

i saw the video for "Real Hip Hop" a few times on BET and MTV which was a tight single but this album seemed to be slept on to me
