It's just that whites have moved out in mass from their ethnic ghettos long time ago. At one time it was whites picking on and whooping on blacks and latinos for fun, then white flight happened, and they got docile, and blacks and latinos got hard from years of police harassment and crackin each other's heads.

Except for South Boston. Man if I'd never seen the huge ass projects with a bunch of ghetto ass white (mostly Irish) motherfuckers with my own two eyes I would never believe it. People don't go into those Southie projects unless they know someone.

I mean there are places where you have large groups of ethnic whites (Irish, Italian, Russian,etc) in the US but that's the only place I've seen shit like that.

Although I feel you are being sarcastic I'm talking about huge projects that by US standards are usually mostly miniorites but these were mostly white and out of that mostly Irish. On top of that they were really fucking ghetto, but then again what projects aren't ghetto as hell lol.
