man who cares bout "if its a human." im in the us army. u think if a 12 year old kid is shooting at me im gonna hesitate to put one in his brain? No i will feel no remorse. he or she is a human, a kid on top of that. people need to take responsiblity for their actions. I also think that her soon to be ex-husband, should throw the first stone.

I'm wondering if some of yall that are saying stone her, have been cheated on in the past? Probably caught her in the act eh? If not it sounds like we have people that do not understand or respect the value of a human life.

i was being breif. we dont deal with "what if's" we deal with what is real. so my mother is dead thats all there is too it. but thats what the law of the land should be. just like if my mother killed someone she should be executed like everyone else. just because u have an emotinal attachment to someone doesnt make them an exception to a rule. so i belive thats what should happen. so yes if my mother did cheat she should meet the same fate.Id just have to hope my own mother would have enough desency not to be a slut and she did.

And what do you think should happen to the man? He was the distant cousin of the womans ex husband. And he knew what was going on. He is negligent therefore if she is to get stoned he should also.

But even stoning both of them would still be a BARBARIC idea,you don't take someones life over adultery, it doesn't make sense. Not only that, this stupid law requires eyewitness from FOUR PEOPLE to convict a man of adultery.

I think it goes: He who is w/out sin, cast the first stone. Sin is sin and so by that law we should all be stoned for one thing or another.
