the differnece my friend and i mean no disrespect to anybody is that bila and shot made alot of money and did not need to rely on 40. He never left them for nothing. Shot and 40 still work together on movie projects now. Bila has his own money and name to put out his own records the same with shot. Kaveo grew out of rapping but his son KD STUNTS is signed to sick wid it records. Tap Dat ass is still sick wid it all day and is working a deal to put out his own artist now threw sick wid it with 40 like mugzi is doing with 3030. rhythm x is at 40 house in the studio right now as i type. Celly cell is another artist who made money from rap and was able to break away to do his own label and make more money thru bayside distrabution at the time. Celly cell sold over 420k units on killa kali alone. Cell came to 40 bday party in vegas this year. mack shawn came to 40son bday party this year everything is good. Its time now for turf talk,DBz,cousin fik,
kd stunts, laroo, cheapskate, bebop, droope, blsim, nump, and doey rock. So if anything these artist like mugzi, shot, bila, tap, and celly cell have there own labels now and 40 is there to support them and help in any way he can.

I was gonna say...where the hell is my nigga Tap on the cover??? lol

Thizz has to many bull shit artists, keep it with the true artists like RYDAH, Dubee, PSD. ETC.

Sick wid it doesn't take as many chances on new artists, they just put them selfs out like B-legit, E-40,D-shot,Mugzi...

the siccness where looking for something to complain about happens

now i look at it, im not trying to retract my words just realized, I do feel like swi is using all the thizz gimicks like havin a million cats on the cover, the stamp, the theme gimmicks like using movies or known stuff to attract people and its unneeded, I remember when 40 had remarks about people taking his slang and running away with it. I like the cover tho. Hopefully all the cats on the cover do actually rap on the cd unlike the thizz stuff. covers do sell but when you go to rasputins and see all the returns it puts a hold on the sales. I mean come on everything thizz is doing right now is followed after but as for music its been trash lately and I would take a 40, turf cd over a thizz release right now or for future buys. Production plays a big role. Man a click album is long over due and sorry to say but 40 is the only stand out one and I would rather take 2 albums by 40 than a click album. those 2 tracks off droop-e's myspace are cool. I just want some good music quality music. swi do your thing.

BOLO

soooooo by sayin' SWI is bitin' thizz with that cover, your logic leads me to belive then that thizz is bitin' the black n brown covers....who in fact is bitin' the Bangin' on Wax cover.....GTFOH!! LMAO

c'mon mane.....75% of everyone that puts out a group album or compilation, puts everyone on the cover.

that first SWI comp came out when it was YBB/Romp Productions. thizz wasnt even around (shit.....maybe even YOU for that matter. hahaaha)

the only thing you can learn from thizz nowadays is what NOT to do.

y'all know that, cmon. everyone wants them to do well for Mac Dre, but not everyone is capable of running a business. instead of flooding the market with sub-par releases, why not put out classics like Dre did?

just my 4 cents

what just because of the 17 reasons cover with 4-5 cats and the 18 reasons with the back cover? that wasnt a gimmick to sell. look from my 1st post on the thread I didnt think it would cause a debate. Just because I listen to rap im not no young nigga, im probably older than you, you never know who your talking down to and im not trying to speak bad so if you didnt like it thats you. I dont act tuff on the net. I was just speaking my opinion, forums are for opinions/q&a. If you didnt like it I wont push it on you. some people cant take the critique. Lets get this thread back on course enuff of this talk.
