this is the only music outlet i ever seen in my life that will sit here and actually SELL you a cd like a nigga on the street! haha.. and im FAR from clownin.. thats the shit. thats pimpin accordingly. the game changed to where you got to roll yo sleeves up and really get at em about these releases. and then niggaz wanna hear a sample.. come on nigga.. fuck a sample. spend 10. real shit tho.. Nigga please. Only time I'll buy an album from an artist w/o hearing the CD its gotta be someone I'm a die hard fan of like Yuk, Lynch(solo), Tech, Mitch, Scarface, Jayo etc. A nigga I aint never heard rap before but he's just getting a lot of hype aint gonna get my money until I hear his shit first. That's only fair. I don't wanna own shit that I won't play twice or has almost no chance of growing on me.
....Im sorry freaks cause it just aint directed at you..Im anti-collab.....unless it makes sense.Look on the other side of the coin..Keith Murray..many albums sold, but is trying to get his career( Im assuming) back on path....so he needs to make moves and good decisions...If i was him I would only do whatever is gonna benefit my career. Now collabing with freaks..who has no product, or campaigning for his career out in the streets via promotion items etc...This would be a waste of someones time....If you was putting in that work..doing shows had a growing fan base, and was everywhere 9in your city every event..which shows you are putting effort then maybe someone like keith would be interested, because he can benefit knowing you gonna push..again this aint aimed just at you...to many artists can rap, but cant get out the house and do the other side of the business...I did say business and it is just that business..If it dont make dollas..ya know the rest.
Pt 2 why should anyone help anyone they do not know? it aint a charity non profit organization...gotta pave ya own way brother...put in that work and watch some mo0re doors open....Why is it that artist think they need to have another artist on a song? Is it insecurity, or a long time infatuation with their favorite rapper of yester year....And I aint talking keith..as far as im concerned he is the biggest Artist siccness fucks with..CLAP...CLAP....CLAP...CLAp.....a legend a true talent.
Another point is whats the big deal of collabing with local rappers ( again unless it makes sense)..Damn expand your horizons....reaching further and networking outside of your demographics is a way to increase your fan base..networking with those around you sometimes yields the result of running down the same dead end and endless circles of gaining nothing.....

good point...But Im sure many a rapper reaches to the Siccness with hands open looking for some free handouts on the help...I think anyone who is on the Siccness and puts any projects the least they can do is put the siccness web adress up....Sometimes hard work pays of JACK DEE..but sometimes not..just keep doing what yall doing.
maybe they should! but in the end your still gonna need to spend more time doing business like marketing your product, shows, etc.
especially if you expect to sale any amount of records rap skills dont pay bills its all in your hustle its plenty of good musik in dago but nobody knows cause the artist have no hustle to market themselves
