if we are talking about dudes going punk or getting turned out in the pen, it can be a multitude of different reasons.

I am not on the side of making peoples decisions as I already stated but if we are talking weird vs not weird... being an educated man as you are, you know what procreation is about & assuming you are not a virgin, you know how it works.
So the definition in this case, of weird, is trying the impossible: Procreating with the same sex.
Some may find that a bit odd... I do, but I am not anyone's judge to place my personal belief on anyone.

Women, on the other hand...thats a tricky one. I have seen women "choose" to be gay, in that they got SOOOO tired of the bullshit men put them through, they decided to play for the other team. And then go back to men a few years later. My wife has a friend like that. She was in a relationship for over a year with another woman. And now she is engage to a man 4 years later. Go figure.
Women, on the other hand...thats a tricky one. I have seen women "choose" to be gay, in that they got SOOOO tired of the bullshit men put them through, they decided to play for the other team. The only difference between a gay man and a straight man is who they have sex with. Thats it. They are both still men biologically and physiologically. Some gay men are overly effeminate and some straight men are overly "manly"...both are probably overcompensating for something IMHO.

Yes sir. When I was a teenager I worked at a casino with a gay man who was an ex navy man and an all around guys guy. You would never know he was gay unless he told you or you saw him with his man. He was hella cool too. Whenever anybody called him a fag or something he would say "how would like to see what it's like to get beat up by a faggot?" Nobody ever tested him either. lol
But this really depend on what someone follows or concerns themselves with.
I am not stating whether a gay couple is odd or weird relative to society or relative to so called history. I am only saying that one should not consider it to be inherently odd just because society hasn't accepted it.
One thing I cannot stand is a man trying to tell another man how they need to live their lives, what is acceptable, and what is odd. Especially when more often than not, this person who is trying to advise everybody else doesn't even advise everybody else with views that are their own, but only through a worldview that they've been indoctrinated into.
They get fucked out of a personal interpretation of their existence and of what the potential for their life is, and they celebrate by preaching the shit to everybody who is not like them.
What do you mean? That it won't result in more people being gay or who cares if it does? Who cares is fair I guess but I've wondered that before even wondered if how they portray it on tv now that its normal or cool to be gay on some shows. Could that influence an impressionable teen to be gay who never would have been gay? Like how rap videos influence white kids to act black and shit. Lol
