Cyberstalker sentenced for online threats to teen girl

A convicted cyberstalker who threatened a girl he met on the Internet was sentenced Friday afternoon to 5 1/2 years in prison.
Toe Knee 206, 23, pleaded guilty last month to first-degree cyberstalking with sexual motivation and first-degree extortion with a sexual motivation.
King County sheriff's deputies began investigating
Toe Knee 206 in February 2010 after they were contacted by a friend of the victim. The victim, then 17, told investigators that she met
Toe Knee 206 through
siccness.net/vb, and he started demanding she send him nude photos, court charging papers said.
When she refused,
Toe Knee 206 sent her 30 nude photos of himself and threatened to kill the girl and her family if she didn't do the same, charges said. The girl sent
Toe Knee 206 two nude photos, charges said.
The girl said she only knew
Toe Knee 206 as "
the based god jr.", the documents said. When she posted on her Facebook page that she was going to a college fair in Seattle,
Toe Knee 206 told her that he planned to show up at the event so they could meet in person, the paperwork said.
Investigators said
Toe Knee 206 called the girl 269 times between Dec. 27, 2009, and March 23, 2010.
Toe Knee 206 was convicted of two counts of cyberstalking in Snohomish County in 2008, second-degree burglary in King County in 2007 and harassment and drug possession in King County in 2006, according to court documents. Last September, he was charged in Pierce County District Court with cyberstalking.
According to charging documents filed in the Snohomish County cases,
Toe Knee 206 "sent numerous disgusting, crude, sexual and threatening text messages" to at least three high-school girls between March 1 and May 1, 2008. In these messages,
Toe Knee 206 threatened to kill or rape the girls or said he would make them his "sex slaves."
