I thought part of the reason we tried to justify going in there was we were going to train their military, police, and other security forces so that they could maintain control over their own country and we wouldn't have to go back. i hear theyre giving it about 36 more years to burn any fossil fuel before the global temp is increased by 2˚c (around 35-40 fahrenheit?) which is apparently a big ass deal. ive been hearing that its in place for no fossil fuels at all to burn after the year 2050 if we want to continue living on earth as we know it...
