about the mentally ill: if you are in a psychosis and kill should u be put to death? about 2%of ppl who do meth can go into a meth indused psychosis, i know cuz it happened to me. but the whole time i didnt know who i was or what was going on. i was in a hospital and was fighting all the nurses cuz i was crazy, it took 5 days for me to get back to normal but if i had killed during that should i be put to death? the defintion of mentally ill is not fully understanding the consequenses of ur actions, if i didnt even know who i was how could u say i knew the consequenses or even have a conscience. but for the permenently mentaly ill they should be put in a hospital so they can never do that again
