wheres the proof of the deal being out??? i thought they wanted to build up funk volume from what swizz said at a show.
Tech told Hopsin last summer that he was interested and to contact him once he was off of Ruthless (he couldnt make an actual offer because Hop was signed). Everything that i've seen Hopsin, SwizZz and Funk Volume say indicates that Hopsin wont be signing to Strange. But you never know

I love Hop. With that said, he is a faaaag about drugs and alcohol. Nonetheless, oboy is quite talented. Writes, records, produces, films, and markets himself alone. He's my #4 fave underground besides tech, b double e, double aa. I support his shit all the way.

Hopsin hasnt enforced anything. He did however say that he hopes to be able (in the future) to set it up so that there is no smoking or drinking at his shows. He said he hates dealing with drunk people and like most non-smokers he doesnt like smoke.

He doesn't need to sign with Strange, touring with them wouldn't hurt tho. He's been blowing up pretty quick since dropping the video for Raw.

Based on that alone, I don't care for Hopsin.

I'm sorry if I like to drink at a fucking concert. What am I supposed to do? Stand around sober and watch your stupid ass rap, and that's it? Is it ok if I move my hand in the air, or is that going to be distracting for you? Do you keep the levels at 6 because loud speakers annoy you, also?

Fuck off with that shit. How can Hopsin represent himself the way he does, and tell people they can't have a drink or a fucking smoke?

He should stick to doing singing gigs in musicals instead of hating on drunks.

The fuck kind of stupid shit is that?

That's borderline "blue M&M's only in my bowl in the dressing room".

Grow a set and deal with drunks and stoners.

Chances are, they're the ones spending the most money at your show.

I haven't heard alot of Hospin but enough to know hes original and unique. Signing wouldn't be a bad move since the Strange Music following will automatically give him 10k new fans. He would be given adequate creative control as well, I guess its more of a exposure move (backed with strong distribution) rather than to make a quick buck in my eyes if he were to do it.

Then again Krizz Kaliko would be required to sing on every song of his album...

Bill didn't put out an album with them. He talked about it, but ended up signing with Suburban Noize.
Man fuck S.N. after what they did to Slaine...Bill should be putting albums out on Necro's record label..
