I don't give a fuck, Chris Benoit was one of my favorite wrestlers. he didn't have matches, he put on clinics. what he did was a horrible thing, but as a wrestler he was one of the greatest of all time.

where'd you get the info that he actually applied the Crossface on his son and killed him
Hey man maybe it was initial report type of bullshit but I heard that the cause of death was concurrent with "a wrestling move".

Does it really matter?

Either way dude was an amazing wrestler, (unfortunately one of my favorites) but fuck that dude.

"The door to the garage is open... The dogs are in the enclosed pool area.."

Premeditated murder, of his own family. That's fucked.

Ok, it's just I heard alot of people say he put his son in the Crossface, and I just thought that would be, adding insult to injury, by using your finishing move on your son.

I think Chris should be in the HOF..he was one of the best wrestlers to EVER lace em up...even if his personality wasnt atht great when he stepped in the ring EVERYONE was like "oh shit watch THIS dude hes crazy" When he was in Japan he had a great following. In WCW he was the shit and part of the 4 horsemen. I WWE his matches were out of control.

Now that being said he will NEVER be allowed in because of the murders he commited and the fact that no one will EVER be able to forget that....Every time I hear his name the first thing I think of isnt wrestling anymore its that he killed his family and then himself for whatever reason. I wish I could seperate the Wrestling from the real life shit but something like what he did is too hard to get over IMO

RIP Benoit family

This is like saying... A BADASS linebacker in the NFL. Definately one of the best. If he roids out and kills his family, but to kill his son he acts as if he's sacking the QB, he's still worthy? Naw...

The murders ruined EVERYTHING for him. I hope Satan put him in the crossface and raped him in the process....piece of shit motherfucker.

yeah he deserves based on his career side of his life. But he will never be in it bc he buried his legacy with him when he did what he did. we will see Brooklyn Brawler, Bastion Booger, Barry Horritz, Vince Gill, Mike Sharp in the Hall Of Fame before beniot.

@ everyone who said yes...if he raped or killed one of your immediate family members...would you still say yes?
Obviously no..what he did was fucked up no doubt, and deserved worse than killing himself..but I only know him from his wrestling..idc what people do in their personal life..cuz it has nothing to do with me. If you aint my family or someone close to me, frankly I don't give a shit about you..

if I see something on the news about someone dying, oh well. Yeah it's sad/fucked up that a man kills his family, but again..it ain't something I care about

FUCK! I read it wrong. I read it as Chris Jericho so I voted no. I guess it's what happens when you're half awake.

But Benoit IS a legend and should be inducted.

I Voted yes, the HOF is based on what they do in the ring, and not their personal life, the man had problems and couldnt deal with his demons after so many years, its unfortunate how everything ended up, but he was a great talent.

"Chris, thank you for all your accomplishments in the ring, you have put on some classics, but go to hell you sick demented, steroid abusing, canadian, son of a bitch"

I can see Vince saying that
