to me it depends, if you mentally stable or not. but the more importnaat thing to do is get the folks that have been sexually abused molested the right help because alot of them are the ones who continue the molestation and so on.

I would definitely say grey area. Wasn't there some kid who was 18 and got charged with fucking a 15 year old or some shit, I wouldn't want that guy to die.

Perhaps a better idea would be to place the prisoners with the murders and gangsters and instead of putting them in with the rest of the sexual predators, and letting shit get handled that way.

Either way they should never be allowed to roam the streets again in their life as there is no chance ever for rehabilitation.

Seriously thug does make a point tho, that particular crime is the only one that is evident of mental issues but counseling and psyche courses are usually not the 1st(or any) course of action to it. Like any crime(and life for that matter) there are many gray areas. So yeah, specialized punishments for the severity of the crime I guess.

Seriously, as a parent you want people like this to suffer the worst torture ever imaginable. Yes, I have a biased opinion but everyone is biased in some way.

Honestly if you kill a grown person, you managed to overpower someone who has the mindset to defend themselves or get some type of help.....but kids and weak people (ie handicapped/disabled) they deserve NO SYMPATHY......EVER
