thats actually not the issue. the family wants to continue care and the hospital say he aint progressing and want to pull the plug. doctors are saying ain't no come back from the injury and the family is saying give it more time for a miracle. it's not a simple matter of money for care. it's a matter of a 1 year old who was shot in the head, has brain swelling and is showing no brain activity. they would have pulled the plug on us adults a couple of days ago.

money and that, is the actual issue...

the hospital wants to pull the plug because the family can't afford the care..

read the article again homie..

i did read the article homie and it dont say shit about finances. the whole thing is about continuing care. family is saying let him rest, give him more time before you test again. when a person is shot in the head they give brain activity tests. if there is none they pull the plug. brain activity doesnt just start back up. when it's gone, it's gone. the family also stated the doctors say there is no progress. the family is asking for more time. unfortunately i've been in this situation twice with family members shot in the head. when there is no activity the docs will give it a few days out of compassion and to give the fam a chance to accept reality. but if you still there praying for miracles and saying we believe. then they gonna make a hard choice for you. and as far as that mocking shit you kicking about kafani's thousands. lol, round the clock nuero icu care with neurologists involved is 20-30 thousand a day. you can drop 500 thousand and not get a month of care. you talking out your ass and being sarcastic about shit you really know nothing about and you got other people who don't know shit cosigning you. shut up and educate yourself before you make jokes and sarcastic insights and also get reading comprehension since you paraphrasing an article that didn't say anything like what you going off, like a broad with no facts, claiming it did

lot of people recover. look at that congress chick that took one to the head. but even when people go into a coma and have no activity after a couple of days and the swelling go down they can find some. then it's a matter of how far you can come back. some like the congress chick come back damn near a 100% and can function, some stay in a coma but there is activity and they unresponsive. them the ones they keep on respirators for years. people with strokes are the same case. some people stay on a ventilator for years and some people bounce back business as usual and some paralyzed on one side or no memory. but the key thing is after a couple of days for you to have any chance they need to find some sort brain activity. so when the docs say he has made no progress and it's been almost a week, unfortunately little man realistically doesn't have much chance.

well you need to go back and re-read it AGAIN..

it's pretty obvious they're trying to pull the plug due to financial problems..

People that can afford or have health insurance don't set up donation accounts or run fundraisers, it's pretty obvious they don't have the insurance that can cover the hospital bills.

Anyhow, I just hope this kid recovers. But from what I can tell..he wont..
