deer valley isnt a goody goody white kid neighborhood like years before....it has gon to shit w/ sec 8 and hella oaklan and richmond folks movin in....shit is all bad in that area...big ol five bedroom houses w/ no furniture fucked up yardsW/ scrapers in the driveways sittin on 22's.........
