I do not think you are getting the point. I don't think you can 'only send cd's'. If my memory serves me correct, your can only send music from an approved list, and you have to order it direct from the vendor.

Lemme do a lil more research. Where is this person locked up at?

yuck calipat high ass level long tyme to do. You have to have one of yo peeps at best buy or somethin put the local shit in the package or it's a no go on local shit.

Just listen to the first thing Dana posted. you can't just send shit to people in prison. you can't even put stickers on letters. all mail gets inspected before given to inmates so they tear shit apart. you can only send items through approved vendors, you can't even personally send a book. unless its like writing paper or something.
