Black Market tried fuckin Lynch & succeeded for almost ten years but Lynch MOST DEFINATELY got paid after they finally settled all that court shit. Thats why he didnt have a album out for all those years (dont know what his excuse is nowadays though lol), he was in court still tryina get paid from his older albums. Now he owns all them albums except EBK4 & Black Market paid him all his back dues.

I think that album has gone gold A COUPLE TIMES OVER by now. it had already reportedly gone gold back in like '98 or '99. Lynch is way more well known than people think. I got cousins out in New Jersey who BEEN up on his music forever & they say everybody out there has his classics. I know he is also got a real big following down south too. He is one of the most well known underground artists i know of who've never had any real promotion behind their projects. the reason is that Season of the Sicc just couldnt be ignored. It was so sicc that one person couldnt hear it without immediately lettin ten more heads know about it.

too bad he aint maintaining that quality of music no more. he really coulda been somethin BIG if B.M.R. hadnt sidelined him for almost a decade & if he hadnt started half-assing his shit when he got back on track.

my 2 cents.

^^^ y'feel? I lost that shit hella times too... I will still be out in traffic to this day hearin some body roll by beatin' that shit out they car...

And I feel y'all on that wod of mouth... That's how I got put on... at a car show back in 93... I heard 'Had 2 Gat Ya' slappin' outta a couple of 12's and was like 'Damn who this?'... dude told me it was his homeboy, Lynch...

I been stopped in traffic more than a few occassions and asked who it was that I was listening too...

I put my old roomate from Compton up on Lynch as well...

I wouldn't be suprised if at least 500 copies got sold cuz of me... and I bet there's a thousand others like me... so that would be gold status... fold

When Season came outt I had been livin in LA for a few months & then I moved 2 the IE. I put HELLA people up on Lynch. The cats that wanted 2 hear the hardcore shit loved his music. I was dubbing Lynch music every week it seemed like. I remember @ a party I threw back in 95 when I was living in Rialto I slipped in the song Locc 2 Da Brain then everybody went insane!! They loved it.

A lot of the bitches would hate on Lynch. I had a lot of females & they hated it when I played Lynch. They wanted some commercial shit to be played. They would holler that I was the only person in the IE that played that sort of music & that I wasn't in N.Cali anymore. I've told every bitch I've been involved with that "if u gonna fuck with me ur gonna have 2 get use 2 Lynch in my stereo cuz he aint going nowhere". I makes that same speech females to this very fuckin day.
