its so sad to see the defense break down like they did, give up those massive numbers in the last quarter and a half, when it wasn't really their fault. the only reason it looked like we had a chance was because of that defense keeping the game so close. i dont know what the exact stats are but the amount of time they've spent on the field this year is fucking ridiculous. any defense who has to stay on the field that long is going to bust open.

im starting to question the work ethic of our entire offense, and also their strength and conditioning. something is really up with all of these injuries... and matt hasselbeck doesn't even look like he works out and has lost the ability to really bomb it down field. im also getting tired of seeing him flail his arms all around frustrated instead of acting like a veteran leader.

at this time i think the best thing to do would be to start whitehurst next week. hasselbeck has a concussion, and that o-line is non-existent. put some extra pads on whitehurst and hope for the best, the giants have been destroying qb's as of late.

anyone here think Hassleback might die against the giants? I worry for his life. O-line is terrible. 8 sacks against the raiders? Giants d-line is even more fierce.

of course it's at home and knowing seattle they'll probably play better. but still. outlook doesn't look promising.

that front 4 is gonna be nasty.

so how many injuries on your line? I read that one was recently put on IR and also another is questionable? any more?
