the price for the cd is 19.99$ and for the vinyl 34.99$
The snippets sound dope, but $19.99 for an EP is too much for me. Last cd I spent that on was the E-40 and that was 3 cds and he's my favorite rapper, besides that I can't remember the last time I spent that much on a cd.

Wish ya'll the best homie.

LOL true that! Guess when I buy the cd I'll also buy some beer and get fucked up so I forgot how much I spent on a cd lol.... INDO u have my money.
If I spend too much money on CDs I always feel bad for some time, but it's just marvelous what a good night's sleep can do to such bad feelings LOL. I'd rather regret buying a CD than regret not buying a CD that suddenly is impossible to find....

i dont really understand your point.we re selling the copies to rapbay fosure and trying to get in contact to rasputins too so you guys got them at your local stores and dont get a pain in your ass waiting for shipping from japan.the price is that high because we pay quite alot of the liscenses even though we re pressing in smaller quantities, this is the only way to make it worth it since we got 2012 and i doubt but hope we get beyond the 1000 pressed copies limit.aswell the standard prices for vinyls and cds in japan re like this and it need to be offered for the same price worldwide in evry store.
K, BUT IT DON'T SOUND LIKE I'M GOING TO SEE A BUNCH OF THESE AT RASPUTINS N AT LEAST 1000 CD'S WOULD MAKE SENSE WAS MY POINT.

why is evrybody asking how much i pay for the liscenses ? if you go to a restaurant , im sure you dont ask them what they paid for the beef.
we pressed 100 vinyls and 1000 cds of scoot dogg because the demand seemed to be high enough.
and we release Scoot dogg first but alot of others are coming after that, evry release needs time and alot of work.its not just pressing them and sending them to the stores.some stores want interviews and for example for one of the next releases (Mack Lew) we go with SOH distribution , they need reviews + interviews 2 month before the streetdate,so they can start their promotion.
I HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT OPENING A RESTAURANT IN THE PAST, SO MAYBE I WOULD. FACT IS I AM WAY MORE INTERESTED IN INVESTING IN MUSIC 1ST N FOR MOST. PLUS IT PROBABLY JUST MAKES US WONDER DUE TO THE FACT YOU GOT SO MANY N YET DON'T EVEN SEEM TO BE THINKING ABOUT MAKING BIG MOVES.

im not thinking about making big moves? please explain what makes you think like that.trust me i got evrything calculated and i know whats realistic, there is no need to jump with my first release in the cold water and press up 10.000 copies and get a high financial risk.thats unnecessary.

we might think about doing this for the next project but we were afraid it could cross the physical sales.
stay with conventional sales and if so a smart way to pair the two together is offer the cd and code for digital release thru a website you can market those at roughly 6-7 bucks more to buy the duo pack!!?just a thought.....cant wait to hear the album

the comparison lacks. Its more like: if somebody opens a restaurant and personally hands out flyers to people around the place, if the prices are way higher as what the already existing restaurants take somebody might ask when you give him the flyer why the prices are higher. totally reasonable question.

btw i just talked with an underground rapper from the usa and he told me he can press up $300 factory pressed cds for $700. im not sure if he was talking about just the cds or with artwork too. and of course he has no expenses for licenses. but still i thought its interesting also since we often hear "it doesnt make sense to press under 1000 cds because price will not be lower" and so on but it seems things changed (this supports what you say by pressing up smaller quantities when we discussed why not press 1000). also its a cheaper price as what i had heard until now.

does the tracklist for the mack lew album already exist? just a few days ago i was listening to "music 4 da late night". such a mobb bomb, any mack lew tracks from dat era must be fire!!

300 Factory Cds For 700? Possible ! But With A Barcode And All That Shrink Wrapped For A 1000 Cds Your Looking At Around 1200 With Tax Maybe Less Or More Depending On Who You Go With. I'd Rather See Limited Edition Press Ups Then Thousands And Thousands Of Cds Out Their The Fact Of The Matter Is...Is That I Highly Doubt People Will Go Crazy Unless Your A G-Funk Type Of Fan. I Dont Think Your Going To Get A Kid IN High School Buying This Album Unless He Has Good Taste lol....Start Off With A 1000 And See What Its Going To Do From Their. Like INDo Said He Always Can Press Up More.

yes about the prices i didnt make them.they re the standard prices in japan and thats were proly 80% or even more of our sales go to.we just cant offer them for a cheaper price in other countries then.i know its expensive but i treat nobody to buy those cds or vinyls just if you love the old bay area sound and you used to pay alot on ebay for the old sound then this is a good and cheaper alternative for your moneybag.
the Mack Lew got a tracklisting already yes.70% of the tracks re known already from the Snake Pit Version that dropped a year later but most of those tracks got kinda different sounds , mixes , verses.there re like 3 or 4 complete unheard tracks.which re seriously dope.2 tracks of the snake pit version re not on the young gotti version.the young gotti version is literary the first version because Mack Lew went to snake pit a year after he recorded the whole thing already.he didnt take all the tracks with him. and if you compare the quality of both projects its amaziing, i got a crystal clear super produced version here which the snake pit version really cannot mess with.i will give snippets after scoot dogg album is selling
