I will admit, when I first heard Scoob was signed to strange I didnt give it much hope. But I wont lie some of his versus from Sick 101 were on point and def upheld the quality of the songs.

SO I wont pass judgement on this and I will def be giving it a thorough quality listen. Like most have stated, it will def be a challenge to carry an entire album with just his cuts. Wouldnt be surprised to see lots of features to help him out...

But if he can come correct like he did on Sick 101 it should make for at least a descent album. I def can almost gaurentee it will not top Kutts shit tho IMO. Krizz's maybe, but man Kutts shit slaps and I love listenen to some of the tracks off FP and I dont believe Scoob will be able to top Kutt.

me to kali is wak......... I thought he was gonna drop some change the game type shit but all he did was change my opinion on him as an artist.... lol
ouch. i was a little disappointed by kali's album as well, it had some tracks that i like but nothing like what i was expecting. i wanted more of that hip hopera than what he delivered. i still think the title "genius" will not live up to that.

back on track though..... scoob has been shocking me lately with his flow, he's coming tighter than i can remember, its a strange release so its gonna be loaded with features guaranteed . not sure if scoob can carry an album with hooks/chorus, he seems more like a verse man...never know, he could surprise me.

I like the vibe Scoob brings to the table. He's rugged and I think he has gotten better since I first heard him a long time back.

I wonder how he get's 8ball and MJG so easily and it seems to be such a struggle sometimes to get other rappers to collab with Tech.

It's because they're very supportive of lesser known artists they think are dope.

They put a lot of artists on the map(regionally) every time they drop an album.

It's an act of humility that isn't found in most artists. It's usually the bigger you get, the more you work with people above you, but they're always working with Memphis cats and putting out full collab cd's.

My favorite's are the 8Ball and Devius cd, and the 8 Ways Ent. "Light up the Bomb" cd.

yeah what happen to the funkra? I thought we would be gettin some fast harmonizing maybe even opra type shit, you know something diff. but it wasnt like that. I didnt hear a track one id bang out of them new snips..... lets pray for ft`s which is the only reason i listened to the other album...... I wont lie there was a couple good tracks on vitiligo but i wont go no further than that.
