hi the user mR.SiPpYGeTiPpY robbed me about 2500 $ bann him forever.......
i managed with him to buy most of his colorado cds when he was auctioning them here on siccness...i bought more than 60 cd from him and i never eceveid nothing from him..he says he sent tracked box that seems disappeared in Uk...nothing....
i'll do the best with police to kick this man in his ass....
but please bann him from this forum

He came through for me when I bought 3 cds from him a few months back, cds were mint condition too. But ya if you paid him $2500 for 65 cds and they never came then that is some bullshit and then some. Hopefully you were smart enough to go through paypal by the 30th day or so, cause that would suck if you couldnt claim now and lost out on all that money.

I sent him emails about other shit I wanted to buy and mr.sippy never ever responded to any of them, real annoying in my opinion and I think he was like that to everyone, so I guess he didn't really want to sell these cds anyhow.

Mr. Sippy is all Legit. He's never stole a dime from me or anybody that I know of. He always follows through on his word. I know how much you trip off of people; therfore I'm thinking that you're over-reacting as you usually do. Calm down!!! I'm sure that there is a logical explaination. How long ago did you pay him, because he had those up about 3 months ago. If you're not over-reacting then do what you must do to get your money back.

I hope that you're not calling him out like this, pre-maturely? Did you pay him a long time ago or something?

If the package was given a tracking number, don't you have a website to search for it? That's the whole point of tracking numbers. And please tell me that you did pay for insurance for that package? I mean, $2500 in CDs and no insurance???? You haven't been that stupid, right?

I also sent him some PM's a lil' while ago when he posted his huge list of unknown and rare cd's but he didn't get back to me.

My personal opinion: $2500 is a lot of money, wether it's for cd's, a TV or anything else. It's the kind of ammount that makes some people say to themselves "fuck it, I will take the risk to scam and try to get away with it". Anyway, I'm not saying that's what he did, I'm just giving my point of view of what can happen when there is so much money involved. Good luck Westbanklover...

wow chillax for a moment.. You seem genuinely frit by all this and I admit, I've been stonewalling you for the past two weeks tryna sort out my business and rule out any foul play.

It's being transferred back into PayPal.. For a FULL REFUND by the 20th or 21st.. .. Well, since you aired me out like this, I don't trust you either, and was waiting for my £270 back from Parcelforce before I refunded you.

I'm on the legit list, had a fuckload of shit-to-do (rap group, deals on here, yes, you werent the only one I was selling cds to).. Told you I'd go for a Friday delivery (So i said a week, cause I knew I couldnt be any quicker, was too busy, and I DIDN'T NEED TO EXPLAIN MY MOVEMENTS TO HIM) .. I never managad to get it out, so Tuesday was my next, which I did send, not because you pushed me to after all those emails, but it was the day in which I could get it done.. Took it to fucking work with me at 6am for fuck sake.. You were way antsy, but at that point, I didn't mind. For a few weeks I tried to weigh out deals with other people who wanted what you wanted, some got a YES, some got a NO with a lot of thought put into it from me. I also waited for you for payment and held about 30 or so titles back for you, only letting a select few go.

Because I couldn't do the siccness and all my other internet shit over the weekend, I come to find several emails of '?????????????' & then a PayPal dispute. Your over-reaction was somewhat ostentatious. It was the icing on the cake when you told me the package hadn't arrived yet. I was confident to accept your will to continue the dispute, after i'd sent the package w/ tracking no's and a scan of the receipt w/ postcode printed etc.. Then when it didn't get there, I too became suspicious but said nothing, wanted that possibility ruled out first, before I began pointing fingers.

I am, NEVER, EVER again doing a deal with someone I don't know with such a high quantity and value of items. And to be even safer, I wont be using Parcelforce and their overrated International DataPost service again.

Fact is, I DON'T KNOW, what the fuck happened to that consignment of cds, parcelforce DON'T KNOW, you DON'T KNOW.. I don't know who to believe more, but I'll be fucking happy when I get that £270 and you get your money back. Such a fucking shame about those cds.. tape, and vinyl.. I mean, if they are genuinelly missing, what a loss.
