I know I don't really know you, but anybody that contributes on the forum has a place in my heart, so I got a little shook when I read the title. I'm glad you and your family came out safe after the wreck.
And ECOSE, I feel for you in the loss of your family. i know all too well now how that shock and the questioning of self worth feels in the midst of a family death. i know it's cliche, but I truly mean stay strong in your heart and for your family. The next few days are the toughest, and then the healing process starts.
And props to rasan for putting your faith out in the open constantly in the midst of people who either mock you for it, or don't share the same plight and can't understand why you'd put your faith in the intangible. Coming from me, the son of an ordained minister, it's always refreshing to see that kind of maturity and faith displayed.

Finally out the hospital and on our way home. Yesterday proved that all that "I'm a good driver" or "it can never happen to me" talk is all bullshit! Never in ma life I would have thought I would be walkin away from flipping inside a car without one scar. Fuckin Brownavelli or Brownie Whodini lol! Prayers out to ECOSE and his fam.

shit can fuck with you psychologically though. i was in a wreck like 5-6 years ago and i still get lightweight anxiety everytime i get in my car
im actually at my sis' house and bout to head home in a bit....going from the 54 to the 5 north...which sounds like where you had your wreck...im gonna be all paranoid now
the other day when it was raining all day...i think wednesday...looked like some car flew off the 805 or 15 right by where it intersects with the 8. shit was crazy. scares the shit out of me seeing things like that
