What part of the Valley? Here in Sacra the some Barrios still have beef with each other and some don't.Their will always be some reason to break a truce between Barrios.I'm sure it's like that in many cities.The Valley has alot of other areas and cities also so I'm not sure what part is the area that is having that problem..
