Ok so I read the article in the newspaper today which I'll post up eventually...
But the story seems that the homeless dude was bothering some customers outside at central market so the owner called the cops thinking the cop would just get him to leave. the cop found out the homeless man had a knife and tazered him then shot him multiple times.
